SO HOW DO I USE THEM AROMATICALLY?
- Put 3-4 drops of your favorite oils in the diffuser, and starts your day with some wild orange to uplift your whole house.Use balance in the afternoon to allow everyone to feel grounded after a day at school or in the office and Lavender peace at night to promote restful sleep.
- Get your oils , open the lid and inhale directly from the bottle. You can do this every time you need it, everywhere you are.I always have a little pouch in my bag with different oils that I sniff trough the day.My favorite is Easy Air as it allows me to breathe better and expand especially during training.
- Apply 1-2 drops on hands,rub together and inhale deeply at least 5 times from cupped hands ( these will be your portable diffuser when you don’t have one handy).
- Apply 3-4 drops of essential oils on a diffuser jewelry like neck less or lava bracelets and sniff it up through the day.
- Apply a drop on the pillow or on a collar shirt to smell your favorite oil always with you night and day

I like to start the day with some balance under my feet to feel more grounded.When winter is approaching one of the best oil to apply is On Guard to protect you from what’s going around outside. At night time you can use a more relaxing oil like Lavender or Vetiver to support your sleep.
- Apply the oils on wrist points, behind the ears, back of the neck or in the elbow grease. They will work amazingly on the emotional level as well.
- Aromatic Dressing is a way of applying the oils on your entire body, putting 2-3 drops of essential oils in a small bowl with about 10ml of coconut oil and start applying from the bottom of the feet working your way up in a circular motion and setting up intention for the day. You will smell divine for the rest of the day and the oils will allow you to feel better.
